3 Reasons Why CFFC 116 Will Be More Electric Than Any Atlantic City Concert, Event, or Show

You’ve probably been to a concert before. Music blaring through the speakers, your favorite artist standing on stage singing out to their hit song. The energy is impeccable. Everybody jumps on their feet, screaming the lyrics till their throat hurts and their voice is no more. Some would say it’s magical. Others might say the feeling is unbeatable. However, there might be something more electric than any concert, event, or show occurring in AC in the next few weeks. You heard me right, on Friday night, December 16, it will be fight night, where CFFC brings the next-generation MMA talent to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. CFFC 116 is a must-see event, so the question is – have you bought your tickets yet?

1. TOP TALENT ON DISPLAY

Sure, with a concert you get to see your favorite singer or band perform live. However,  at CFFC 116, you’ll see a plethora of performers putting on their very best in front of you.  It’s no secret that CFFC has produced plenty of talent to the UFC roster. Stars like current UFC bantamweight champion, Aljamain Sterling, Paul Felder, Chris and Kyle Daukus, Sean Brady, and Pat Sabatini are just a few that came up through the CFFC ranks. Attending a CFFC event means watching rising MMA talent right in front of your eyes. You can literally feel every punch, kick, tap-out and thud of the mat with each knockout throughout every match of the night. There’s nothing like it. With matchups like Dana White Contenders Series’ alum Junior Cortez (6-2) taking on rising TSK prospect Ricardo Fuentes (5-2), or the Pride of Albania Vilson “The Strong Eagle” Ndregjoni (5-3) taking on Rhode Island’s John Douma (7-2), this upcoming card will be nothing short than exciting. Who can say that they saw the next UFC champion as they rose to the top? You could, by attending CFFC 116 on Friday Dec. 16th.

2. IT’S MORE THAN JUST MMA

By attending an event like CFFC 116, many may have the notion that it’s just another night of fights. However, that isn’t the case. Like any sport or performance, there’s more that lies outside those cage doors. There are lives to be lived, stories to be told, and experiences to be shared. Stories like Eric “Night Time” Nolan (2-1), who started his MMA career after serving in the United States Marines Corps. Or a story like Eddy Torres (4-0) who will be moving up a weight class and making his lightweight debut after a year of searching for fights with no answer. CFFC showcases rising talent and the stories behind the fighters – how they got here, where they want to go, and how they plan to get there. CFFC 116 will be nothing short of amazing, and worth seeing over any concert, event, or show.

3. THE CROWD IS PASSIONATE AS EVER

At any CFFC event you can expect the crowd to be up on their feet, screaming at the top of their lungs rooting for their favorite fighter to be victorious. At CFFC 116, the crowd will be no different. With fighters like South Jersey native Eddy Torres (4-0) headlining as the main event against Tyler Mathison (3-2) or Philadelphia’s Ian Allston (2-0) trying to remain undefeated, fans can expect to see dozens of their supporters in the crowd cheering them on to victory. Or if you’re visiting for the first time, you may even find yourself yelling out some of your favorite moves in hope to see a knockout or tap-out happen in front of your very eyes. No matter if you’re a new or recurring fan, the energy at any CFFC event is unmatchable, and something you don’t want to miss.

Will you be there in attendance to witness all the action?
