ROBERT HAYDAK
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
A former NCAA Division I wrestler and 2011 MMA Hall of Fame inductee, Robert Haydak has served as the key decision-maker, proprietor, and figurehead of CFFC since taking the helm in 2010. Bringing over 15 years of MMA industry expertise and a lifetime of business acumen—including a tenure as President of the formerly publicly traded Alliance MMA on NASDAQ—he expertly oversees all of the promotion's business operations and high-level negotiations. Through his leadership, Haydak continues to drive the organization's growth, cementing CFFC's reputation as a premier developmental platform for the sport's top rising talent.
BRAD BOULTON
PRESIDENT
A former CFFC fighter and professional Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt competitor, Brad Boulton successfully transitioned from competition to an executive role where he now serves as President and second-in-command of CFFC. Having been a pivotal part of the organization since 2013, he leverages his unique background in communications, media, and analysis to expertly oversee all technical, marketing, production, and creative operations. In this top executive position, Boulton works directly alongside CEO Rob Haydak to develop the company's long-term vision while ensuring the elite quality and continued evolution of the CFFC brand.
JASON LEDERFINE
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Bringing a wealth of leadership experience to the organization as a U.S. Army combat veteran and former mixed martial arts competitor Jason Lederfine initially joined the CFFC executive team as General Manager in 2020 following the acquisition of the Memphis-based promotion V3Fights. Promoted to his current role in 2024, Lederfine now drives the promotion's day-to-day success by overseeing critical operations including complex logistics, licensing, and finance.
JOHN MORGAN
GENERAL MANAGER & COMMENTATOR
A highly recognizable and respected figure in combat sports media, John Morgan currently serves as the General Manager of CFFC. Before transitioning to his executive role in 2024, Morgan built a defining career in mixed martial arts journalism, starting as the first employee at MMA Junkie in 2006 and winning the inaugural "Journalist of the Year" honor at the 2009 World MMA Awards. After helping guide MMA Junkie through its 2011 sale to USA TODAY and remaining a leading media influence in the sport until 2022, he brought his extensive industry knowledge to CFFC, initially joining as a play-by-play commentator before quickly ascending to lead the organization's day-to-day operations.
ARIAS GARCIA
MATCHMAKER
Longtime matchmaker for Cage Fury, Garcia served as an official at the famed "Kimbo Slice vs. Ray Mercer” fight in 2007 before officially joining the staff at CFFC 6. He plays a pivotal role in scouting and developing top-tier regional MMA talent and maintaining CFFC’s reputation as a premier feeder league for the UFC. Garcia was officially inducted into the CFFC Hall of Fame in 2024. He continues to shape the future of the organization today, building highly competitive fight cards and working alongside CFFC's expanding athlete relations team to guide the careers of promising fighters.

MATCHMAKER
James Lyons successfully transitioned from competing inside the cage as a former CFFC fighter to a pivotal behind-the-scenes role as a matchmaker for the promotion. Leveraging his firsthand experience and deep understanding of the sport, he excels at scouting regional talent and putting together highly competitive, action-packed bouts. By evaluating up-and-coming prospects and building compelling fight cards, Lyons plays a vital part in maintaining CFFC's status as one of the leading developmental organizations in mixed martial arts feeding talent to the UFC.
JONAVIN WEBB
CFFC BJJ
After cementing his legacy in the cage as a former CFFC Welterweight Champion and Hall of Famer, Webb transitioned his combat sports expertise into a key executive role at CFFC. Today, he spearheads CFFC BJJ, the company’s professional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offshoot, where he utilizes his deep industry ties to recruit world-class talent and orchestrate elite submission grappling events. Under his leadership, Webb has been instrumental in elevating the promotion, establishing CFFC BJJ as a premier competitive destination for both rising BJJ practitioners and established MMA veterans to compete on a world-class stage.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
With a wealth of corporate experience from the real estate sector Grant Grundlock now plays a vital role as the Business Development Lead for CFFC. Leveraging his sharp business acumen and extensive professional network, he is the driving force behind securing key sponsorships, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding the promotion's commercial footprint. His proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships continues to elevate the CFFC brand, ensuring the organization's sustained growth and operational success both inside and outside the cage.
CM PUNK (PHIL BROOKS)
COMMENTATOR
A globally recognized professional wrestling legend CM PUNK has cemented his legacy as a multi-time world champion and one of the most iconic figures in sports entertainment. Beyond the wrestling ring, he channels his deep passion for mixed martial arts into his role as a longtime color commentator for CFFC. Serving as a staple of the organization’s UFC Fight Pass broadcasts since 2018, Punk expertly balances his ongoing WWE career with providing fans unique insights and enthusiastic analysis during live MMA events.
DR. DAVID SARNOFF
RING ANNOUNCER
Balancing his professional career as a dedicated chiropractor in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, with his long-standing role as the iconic ring announcer Dr. David Sarnoff has been a legend at CFFC for more than a decade. A man who is deeply involved in his local community's health and business network, his booming voice has become synonymous with CFFC event broadcasts. He brings incredible passion and energy to the cage, expertly hyping up the crowd and introducing some of the best up-and-coming talent in mixed martial arts for many years.
