BENSALEM, Penn. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) kicks off the promotion’s 2020 schedule with a stacked night of fights from just outside of Philadelphia featuring reigning champions Pat Sabatini, Kyle Daukaus and Alexander Keshtov.

CFFC officials are proud to announce the company’s return to action on Feb. 1 with CFFC 81, where three titles fights will headline the UFC FIGHT PASS-streamed bill at Parx Casino in Bensalem, Penn.

“We closed out our 2019 schedule with an incredible ‘Fight for the Troops’ event, and now it’s time to look to the new year,” CFFC President Rob Haydak said. “With that in mind, I’m happy to reveal that we will return to the beautiful Parx Casino for our first event of 2020. We think it’s going to be our best year yet, and we look forward to putting on a fantastic card on Feb. 1.”

Tickets for CFFC 81, which start at just $55, are currently on sale at CFFC.tv/tickets

Featherweight champion Sabatini (11-2) had a frustrating end to 2019, seeing scheduled appearances at both CFFC 78 and CFFC 79 fall through in the days ahead of the events through no fault of his own. Currently standing at 9-1 in his past 10 contests – and with that lone loss coming via split decision – Sabatini is considered one of the top 145-pound prospects in the world, and he’s hoping a third successful defense of his title will be enough to earn him an invitation to the sport’s biggest promotion.

Meanwhile, undefeated middleweight champion Daukaus (8-0) had a banner year in 2019, claiming his title this past February with a submission win over two-time UFC veteran Jonavin Webb. Daukaus then went on to pick up a decision win under the Dana White’s Contender Series banner in June, and while he did not earn a UFC deal for the effort, he came back to the CFFC cage in September and defended his title with a second-round submission win over Stephen Regman.

Seven of Daukaus’ eight career wins have come by submission.

And lastly, the undefeated Keshtov (9-0) returns to action for the first time since he captured the CFFC bantamweight title in December 2018. The Russian-born fighter, who trains with New Jersey’s K-Dojo Warrior Tribe, is a dangerous matchup for anyone at 135 pounds, as his four career knockout victories – including three in the first round – can attest.

Matchups will be revealed shortly for all three champions. Stay tuned to CFFC.tv for that information and additional future announcements regarding CFFC 81.
