Philadelphia's 2300 Arena plays host to CFFC 94 and CFFC 95, live on UFC FIGHT PASS

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Following a successful launch to the promotion's 2021 campaign, Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) is happy to announce the company's next run of back-to-back events takes place in April, with Philadelphia's 2300 Arena playing host, once again.

CFFC 94 takes place Thursday, April 1, and features CFFC welterweight champion Bassil Hafez (6-2-1) seeking the first defense of his title when he takes on promotional newcomer Evan "The Butcher" Cutts (11-4). Additionally, the lineup sees the return of 24-year-old welterweight prospect Solomon Renfro (6-1).

Meanwhile, CFFC 95 is set for Friday, April 2, and features Kyrgyzstan's Zulkarnaiyn Kamchybekov (4-1) and undefeated Michigan native Jesse "Jackpot" Smith (4-0) headlining, with the vacant CFFC lightweight belt on the line. Additional matchups include key featherweight bouts featuring the undefeated Paul Capaldo (5-0) and proven submission threat Reggie "Spider Monkey" Adams (6-2).

Limited tickets are available now at CFFC.tv, with social distancing implemented along with additional COVID-19 safety protocols.

"Our first two events of 2021 proved to be a major success, and we're not wasting any time announcing our return to Philadelphia," CFFC President Rob Haydak said. "Our partners at 2300 Arena continue to provide us with a fantastic facility to run our events, and we're building another pair of incredible cards that will certainly be action-packed, as CFFC fans already know to expect."

CFFC 94 and CFFC 95 stream live on UFC FIGHT PASS, with former WWE champion and two-time UFC veteran CM Punk calling the fights alongside MMA Junkie lead staff reporter John Morgan.

Philadelphia's own Hafez claimed an emotional submission win this past November to secure the CFFC welterweight title, a victory that capped off an incredible comeback from a career-threatening automobile accident. He now looks to move one step closer to the sport's biggest promotions when he takes on a dangerous submission specialist in Cutts, who is currently slotted as the No. 1 welterweight in his native Texas in Tapology.com's regional rankings.

Kamchybekov has fought four times previously under the CFFC banner and seems to improve in each outing, as witnessed by his 2020 run of back-to-back knockout victories. He'll now compete for the first title of his professional career when he takes on the undefeated and extremely dangerous Smith, who has stopped three of his four career opponents thus far in the opening round.

Stay tuned to CFFC.tv for future announcements regarding CFFC 94 and CFFC 95. More bouts will be announced shortly.
