Philadelphia's 2300 Arena plays host to blockbuster lineup, streaming live on UFC FIGHT PASS
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) and FURY Professional Grappling are proud to announce a return to Philadelphia's 2300 Arena for another star-studded event featuring a mix of UFC stars and top submission grappling talent on Saturday, December 30.
FURY Professional Grappling 8, the latest installment of the hugely popular grappling series, sees former UFC and CFFC bantamweight champion Aljamain "Funk Master" Sterling facing five-time FURY Professional Grappling veteran Kevin Dantzler, who is a perfect 5-0 for the promotion, in the night's main event. The contest is a grudge match of sorts, with Sterling targeting the matchup for the past two years as an opportunity to avenge his teammate Merab Dvalishvili's controversial decision loss to Dantzler in the main event of FURY Professional Grappling 2.
Additional featured matchups include No. 13-ranked UFC heavyweight contender Alexandr "King Kong" Romanov vs. former CFFC heavyweight champion Chris Daukaus, 16-time UFC veteran Eryk "Ya Boi" Anders vs. reigning CFFC middleweight champion Kyle "The D"Arce Knight" Daukaus, former CFFC featherweight champion Pat Sabatini vs. four-time UFC "Performance of the Night" winner Niko "The Hybrid" Price, and three-time FURY Professional Grappling veteran Amanda Mazza vs. Riverfront Jiu-Jitsu rep Elyse Shaw.
The night's main card also includes CFFC women's flyweight champion Fatima "The Archangel" Kline vs. Team Balance veteran Cindy Ung, current UFC lightweight and four-time CFFC veteran Charlie "The Cannibal" Campbell vs. FURY Professional Grappling veteran Lee Moringo, former CFFC flyweight champion Santo Curatolo vs. former Mercyhurst University wrestler Aidan Burke, and eight-time CFFC veteran Paul "Paulie C" Capaldo vs. two-time FURY Professional Grappling winner Cameron Scalio.
As with all CFFC and FURY Professional Grappling events, the night's main card streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS following prelims on OnlyFans.
