CFFC 118 Official Results: Two New Champions Crowned in Action-packed Card

On Saturday night, CFFC 118 took place at the 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia to wrap up the jam-packed weekend of fights, and eight out of the nine fights on the card ended in a finish.

In the headliner, Raheam “Rambo” Forest (6-1) put his welterweight belt on the line against Charles “Chuck Buffalo” Radtke (7-3) in a highly anticipated matchup between rising prospects. Radtke delivered Forest his first professional loss to become the new CFFC welterweight champion. Radtke looked to be rocked early, but late in the round, he was able to flatten Forest out and come away with the submission win via rear-naked choke with 40 seconds remaining in the first.

The co-main event featured Vilson Ndregjoni (7-3) and Ashiek Ajim (6-3) facing off for the vacant CFFC bantamweight title. The fight was close through two rounds, and then Ndregjoni caught Ajim with a left hook that sent him to the canvas. Ndregjoni pounced and started delivering hammerfists until the fight was called and his hand was raised as the victor. Ndregjoni now becomes the undisputed bantamweight champion in a loaded division with a lot of options on the table for him to fight next.

In a card filled with nonstop action, Blayne Richards (6-2) and Eric Nolan (3-2) delivered one of the most exhilarating fights of the night. The two traded blow after blow, both looking at times to be nearing the end, but they both kept hammering away. With under 20 seconds in the second round, Richards was able to take Nolan’s back and pull off the rear-naked choke to end the action-packed fight. The action had the crowd on their feet the entire fight, a common theme at CFFC 118.
