Featherweight title fight headlines Cage Fury Fighting Championships' return to Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino

CFFC 121 set for July 14, featuring reigning Champion Jose Perez vs. Chris Vasil

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Following a pair of sold-out events at the venue in 2022, Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) is proud to announce the promotion's return to Mississippi's Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino for another night of thrilling MMA action on Friday, July 14.

A championship matchup is featured in the evening's headlining contests, with reigning featherweight champion Jose Perez (7-1) putting his title on the line against hard-hitting challenger Chris "Bad Apple" Vasil (6-3), while the co-main event matchup sees former welterweight champion Raheam "Rambo" Forest (6-1) facing Treston Vines (6-2).

Tickets are on sale now at CFFC.tv. The event streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS.

"We're incredibly excited to be back in the Memphis area for the first time this year, and we're bringing a stellar lineup of top talent to the Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino once again," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "The last time we were in town, fans were treated to one of the greatest title fights in CFFC history, and the athletes we're bringing to this card will no doubt bring that type of excitement, as well. Get your tickets early because this card will absolutely sell out."

The 28-year-old Perez is a seven-time CFFC veteran who claimed an interim featherweight title with a thrilling submission win over Frank Wells this past August. However, when then-champ Blake Bilder signed with the UFC, Perez was promoted to undisputed status. He now faces Vasil, whose three previous wins for the promotion have all come via knockout.

Also confirmed for CFFC 121 are several additional key matchups, including, Rebecca "The Giraffe" Evans (2-0) vs. Marilia "The Tigress" Morais (3-0), Lydell Poag (2-1) vs. Keith "Killswitch" Dowell (2-0) and Petera Wilson (2-0) vs. Sir Langston Nembhard (Pro debut).

A full lineup of matchups at CFFC 121 is expected to be announced shortly. All Elite Wrestling superstar and two-time UFC veteran CM Punk calls the action alongside MixedMartialArts.com editor-in-chief John Morgan for UFC FIGHT PASS.

Stay tuned to CFFC.tv for future announcements regarding CFFC 121.
