'Immortal Lotus' puts title on line against Israel Galvan on March 8 at Florida State Fairgrounds

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) officials are proud to announce that undefeated flyweight champion Badmatsyren "Immortal Lotus" Dorzhiev (8-0) will look to defend his title when the organization returns to Tampa's Florida State Fairgrounds on Friday, March 8, for "CFFC 130: Dorzhiev vs. Galvan."

The standout prospect known as "Immortal Lotus" will seek to defend his belt in the featured matchup of CFFC 130, when the multi-promotion titleholder will face gritty contender Israel "El Huracan" Galvan (6-3) in the night's main event, which streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS.

Additionally, the evening's co-main event sees all-action flyweight prospect Max "The Candyman" Quinones (4-1) return to the cage following the first setback of his professional career, and he'll look to get back into the win column when he takes on Jimi "Juggernaut" Nhatividad (3-2), who impressed in his CFFC debut this past November.

Additional featured matchups already confirmed for the card include Brandon "Let's Go" Lewis (6-3) vs. Michael Billups at (6-2-2) at 135 pounds, and a lightweight contest between "Iron" Will Rentz (3-2) and Marcellus Wallace (2-1).

Also expected for the card are undefeated lightweight prospect Morquez "Black Clover" Forest (4-0), heavyweights William "Megaton" Tarpley (4-3) and David "Romanian Viking" Ciuclea (2-2), and six-time CFFC veteran Brandon Lopez (7-6).

Tickets are on sale now at CFFC.tv. The night's main card streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS, with preliminary bouts streaming exclusively on OnlyFans.

"Florida continues to produce an amazing amount of talented athletes, as well as an incredibly passionate fanbase," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "We're excited to return to the Florida State Fairgrounds with another championship matchup and an absolutely loaded fight card.

"In the main event, Badmatsyren Dorzhiev has his eyes set on the sport's highest level, and after claiming the flyweight title this past July, he'll now look to defend that belt for the first time against Israel Galvan, who secured an impressive upset over Max Quinones in September to earn this opportunity."

A full lineup of matchups at CFFC 130 will be announced shortly. WWE superstar and two-time UFC veteran CM Punk calls the action alongside award-winning MMA journalist John Morgan for UFC FIGHT PASS.
