"Some of the most incredible moments in CFFC history have taken place at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, and this lineup is loaded with athletes who will certainly deliver another night full of action and intrigue," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "Luke Fernandez has his eyes set on an invitation to the UFC, but he's been sidelined for the past 11 months and is itching to make a big statement in this main event. Meanwhile, Gregg Ellis is a former middleweight champ who took UFC vet Kyle Daukaus the distance in his last fight and is now moving up a weight class, where he believes he can be even more dangerous.
"It's an incredible main event, but this lineup is one of the most stacked we've ever put together. Get your tickets as quickly as possible. The anticipation is going to be off the charts for this one, and it will most definitely be an electric, sold-out event."
The official order of matchups for CFFC 138 will be confirmed shortly.
WWE superstar and two-time UFC veteran CM Punk calls the action alongside longtime MMA journalist and broadcaster John Morgan.
