Cage Fury Fighting Championships names Miranda Granger as Vice President

Former CFFC strawweight champ and UFC veteran promoted from previous role in Business Development

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) is proud to announce Miranda Granger as the new Vice President of the popular combat sports promotion, effective immediately.

Granger is a former CFFC strawweight champion who went on to compete four times in the Ultimate Fighting Championship before stepping away from her fighting career to focus on building her family.  She joined the CFFC executive team in 2023 and has spent the past year working on Business Development for the rapidly expanding CFFC brand, which now hosts events in MMA, submission grappling, muay Thai and collegiate wrestling.

"I'm a huge advocate that executives on our team have an athletic, competitive background," CFFC Rob Haydak said. "Understanding the psychology of an athlete is embodied in everything we do in running CFFC. These athletes go through a tremendous amount both mentally and physically, so it's our job to provide an environment that allows them to perform at their best.

"In the coming years, I fully expect Miranda's role to continuously increase on the management side of things as we develop other strategic partnerships and alliances to solidify our footprint across the U.S."

Granger is already fulfilling the duties of her new role, featuring as a mainstay of the organization's operations, which include the recent sold-out "CFFC 131: Varricchio vs. Forest" at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, as well as May and June's upcoming FURY Professional Grappling 10, CFFC 132, and CFFC Muay Thai 2 events. CFFC Match Day's NCAA Division I wrestling schedule resumes later this year.

"Becoming Vice President of CFFC is an extension of a dream I didn't know I had until it became my reality," Granger said. "When I started working for CFFC, it felt right – like I was coming home again. I really had no idea what I was getting myself into other than the fact that I wanted to help other fighters achieve their dreams the same way I was able to achieve mine.

"I have experienced so much in such a short time and now have new dreams and goals for myself and this company. CFFC is a powerhouse, and when you look at the amazing team we have, it's no surprise why we are on top. I hope to continue to grow our roster, focusing heavily on the women's divisions, and be a support system for our athletes because without our fighters, we are nothing. I am honored to be given this position, and I will not take it lightly."

Granger will serve alongside Haydak and CFFC President Brad Boulton to help foster the organization's continued growth and to ensure the best possible experience and opportunities for the company's athletes.
