ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) officials are excited to announce the next installment of the promotion's newest combat spots venture with "CFFC Muay Thai 3: Battle-Williams vs. Scarfone," set for Saturday, October 5, at Philadelphia's historic 2300 Arena.

Three championship matchups top the bill, with CFFC Muay Thai's reigning Welterweight (147lbs) champion Jhalani "Bachatero Jay" Battle-Williams (7-0) moving down to Super Lightweight (140llbs) in the night's headliner to face Canadian import Tomas Scarfone (18-5) with an inaugural belt on the line, while the co-main event sees 19-year-old phenom and two-time CFFC Muay Thai veteran Ahmad "The Chosen One" Alatmah (3-0) face promotional newcomer Parker Bruno (4-1) with the organization's first Lightweight (135lbs) belt up for grabs. The event’s feature fight sees the promotion’s inaugural Super Welterweight (154lbs) title on the line with Morocco's Amine "The Killer" El Moatassime (15-4) taking on Argentina's Ivan "El Tano" Del Vecchio (10-7-3)

"Our first two CFFC Muay Thai events have provided an incredible foundation for the launch of this fast-paced, dynamic organization that features the absolute best strikers in combat sports," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "CFFC Muay Thai 3 will once again see elite athletes putting their talents on display with the same level of high-quality production that we bring to our MMA, submission grappling and collegiate wrestling brands, as well. The live experience is something special, so get your tickets now."

The undefeated Battle-Williams has proven victorious at each of CFFC Muay Thai's first two events, including an impressive decision win over former training partner Brima Kamara in June to claim the organization's inaugural 145-pound title. He'll now look to secure a second belt when he takes on Scarfone, a multiple-time muay Thai world champion who travels in from Canada to make his promotional debut.

Meanwhile, following a highly decorated amateur career, Alatmah made his professional debut at January's CFFC Muay Thai 1, scoring a decision win over Dan O'Neill. He returned five months later, earning a victory over Landon Jones. Now in this third professional appearance, the highly touted Rami Elite athlete looks to take home a CFFC Muay Thai title. Standing in his way is Bruno, a Texas Muay Thai fighter who looks to claim his first world title in his CFFC Muay Thai debut.

A full lineup of matchups for CFFC Muay Thai 3 will be announced shortly. Stay tuned to CFFC.tv for additional information.
