How to watch Wednesday's Missouri Tigers vs. Arizona State Sun Devils dual: Start time, event preview, more
'CFFC Match Day: Match Week' kicks off with Big 12 battle, live on UFC FIGHT PASS.
Following a holiday hiatus, the CFFC Match Day schedule resumes in spectacular fashion with three Division I college wrestling duals taking place in a five-day span, all streaming live on UFC FIGHT PASS.
"Match Week" kicks off on Wednesday, as the University of Missouri Tigers play host to the Arizona State University Sun Devils in a Big 12 matchup that streams live at 7:30 p.m. ET (6:30 p.m. CT local time) from Hearnes Center in Columbia, Missouri.
Missouri last appeared on CFFC Match Day in November, suffering a 24-10 loss to Northern Iowa in a special homecoming match for two-time NCAA Division I national champion Keegan O'Toole, who is a perfect 11-0 on the season thus far. However, the four-time All-American hasn't competed in Missouri's recent duals with Utah Valley, Stanford and Cornell, with coach Brian Smith holding him out to nurse a lingering injury.
With the Tigers also losing Noah Surtin to medical retirement and Rocky Elam to a season-ending injury, the team is taking a "next man up" mentality with five conference duals lined up leading into March's Big 12 Championship in Tulsa.
Meanwhile, Arizona State appears on UFC FIGHT PASS for the first time and looks for the program's biggest win of the season. Thus far, the Sun Devils are 4-0 against unranked opponents but 0-4 against teams residing in the top 25. Missouri enters the matchup just inside that mark at No. 24.
Arizona State will look to play off the team's strength at the top and bottom of the lineup, with reigning NCAA Division I national champion Richard Figueroa currently at 5-1 on the season at 125 pounds and recently returning from an injury, while four-time All-American heavyweight Cohlton Schultz is 13-3 on the year.
What happens in between those two standouts will determine who walks away with a victory.
While the official starting lineups for Wednesday's "CFFC Match Day: Match Week" dual will be determined just ahead of the event, the potential lineups include:
