ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) officials are pleased to confirm initial details of the organization's return to Philadelphia's historic 2300 Arena for CFFC BJJ 15, the promotion's latest star-studded submission grappling event, on Saturday, September 20.

The first 12 events in CFFC BJJ history, formerly known as FURY Professional Grappling, all took place inside the legendary South Philly venue, and now the organization returns once again for another spectacular evening of championship matchups and showcase opportunities for athletes not just looking for victories, but also proving themselves worthy of a future invitation to UFC BJJ, as well.

The CFFC BJJ 15 headliner will be announced shortly, but featured matchups already confirmed for the card include a pair of returning CFFC BJJ veterans as two-time IBJJF Black Belt No-Gi World Championships winner Elder "El Monstro" Cruz takes on Crazy 88 instructor Sergio Vilas. Meanwhile, teenage B-Team standout and CFCC BJJ women's flyweight champion Taylor Hishaw moves up to 135 pounds in hopes of securing the promotion's inaugural women's bantamweight title when she takes on fellow Jits Magazine top-15 ranked athlete and Method Jiu Jitsu rep Nicole Mathew, while six-time FURY Professional Grappling winner Kevin Dantzler faces Emerald City Jiu Jitsu owner and Tom DeBlass black belt Sam Micale.

Additional athletes scheduled to compete at the event include Josh Barrett, Brandon Bigelow, Tyler Carroll, Franco Diaz, Matt Doyle, Peter Fazekas, John Filoon, Nick DiGiacomo, Angelina Hernandez, Charlie Kennedy, Andrew Kochel, Aaron Kurzer, Max Livingston, Yanni Loor, Casey Malik, Chris Martin, Kareem Mathieu, Amanda Mazza, Cameron Melott, Skyler Munson, Zac Rhatigan, Bobby Riordon, and Sean Yadimarco, among others.

Tickets for CFFC BJJ 15 are on sale now at CFFC.tv.

The night's main card action will also stream live on UFC FIGHT PASS following a full preliminary card that streams exclusively on OnlyFans.com/cffcmma.

"There is an undeniable energy inside the building every single time we visit 2300 Arena, and CFFC BJJ 15 will be no exception," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said. "Right from the launch of our debut submission grappling event in 2021, it was clear the passionate, knowledgeable fans in Philadelphia brought an electricity inside the venue that you feel both in the audience and on the mats, and we're looking forward to delivering that experience once again on September 20."

A complete lineup for CFFC BJJ 15 will be announced shortly. Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, "The Ultimate Fighter 15" winner and 13-year UFC veteran Michael Chiesa calls the action alongside CFFC General Manager and longtime MMA journalist John Morgan.
