Take a deep dive into the archives with CFFC Origins, featuring the promotional debuts of some of CFFC's greatest athletes
In the spring of 2014, Sean Brady was an undefeated amateur prospect looking to prove himself in a new organization when he made his Cage Fury Fighting Championships debut at CFFC 33.
The Philadelphia native brought a rowdy crowd into the legendary 2300 Arena on a card that also featured fellow future UFC stars Paul Felder and Kyle Daukaus, not to mention CFFC President Brad Boulton. Brady delivered with a dominating first-round submission and would return to UFC five months later to make his professional debut, eventually going 8-0 for the organization before getting the call to the UFC.
Brady, who remains a top contender in pursuit of the UFC title, was inducted into the CFFC Hall of Fame in 2025.
