Christian Carr welcomes new opponent Tyrime Da Silva at CFFC 151 in Florida
"The Dream" replaces Shaun Stant, who was forced to withdraw from the March 13 event at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa
Christian "Strictly Business" Carr has a new opponent at CFFC 151.
With Shaun Stant forced to withdraw from a planned appearance on the card, the undefeated Tyrime "The Dream" Da Silva has agreed to step in and will now face Carr at the March 13 event, which streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS and OnlyFans.com/cffcmma from Florida's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.
Tickets are currently onsale at CFFC.tv.
Carr (4-2 MMA, 1-0 CFFC) made his CFFC debut this past October, scoring a first-round submission win via D'Arce choke and taking home an OnlyFans "Performance of the Night" bonus in the process. An all-action fighter, all four of his professional wins have come via submission, including two in the opening round.
Meanwhile, Da Silva (6-0 MMA, 0-0 CFFC) enters the CFFC cage for the first time and brings high expectations along with him. Fighting professionally since 2021, Da Silva has scored stoppage wins in all six of his professional victories, including four via submission and has competed past the opening round just once.
An additional new welterweight matchup has also been added to CFFC 151, as New York's Elton "Ded-Eye" Dedaj (1-1) takes on Florida's Malcolm "The Ronin" Wallace (Pro debut).
