Vacant middleweight title on line in Friday's main event from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and streaming on UFC FIGHT PASS

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – A new middleweight champion will be crowned on Friday night, as former NextGen champ Nick Galanti and undefeated contender Austin Clayton each made weight without issue, making their CFFC 152 headliner official.

Galanti (6-1 MMA, 6-1 CFFC) and Clayton (5-0 MMA, 1-0 CFFC) will compete in the main event of the card, which streams live on UFC FIGHT PASS and OnlyFans.com/cffcmma from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, the same venue that hosted today's official weigh-ins. It was Clayton who hit the scale first at 185.8 pounds, utilizing the one-pound allowance given in CFFC title fights, while Galanti was shortly behind at 185 even.

In fact, all 22 athletes on the night made weight before the day was done. A handful, including lightweight Richie Lewis, flyweight Jerry Lleshi and middleweight Damien Blotzke, needed more than one attempt on the scale, but each was able to get down to the necessary weight withing the two-hour window granted, and all 11 bouts were made official.

The card did lose one matchup one day prior to the weigh-ins, as Jesse Pastore suffered a cut while beginning his weight descent, and the expected NextGen title fight with reigning champion Joey Milano was called off.
