Sean Brady and DJ Jackson Fighting for the Interim Welterweight Title at CFFC 62
One of CFFC’s most intriguing matchups of the year has officially been upgraded.
Sean Brady vs. DJ Jackson is set to take place at CFFC 62, Cage Fury and Alliance MMA are proud to announce that this bout will be for the CFFC Interim Welterweight title.
Both Brady and Jackson have compiled undefeated professional records under the Cage Fury & Alliance MMA banner. Now these two beasts will meet in the center of the cage looking to remain perfect.
Sean Brady has made a name for himself over the past two years by dominating all comers, totaling four wins with two first round knockouts. The Renzo Gracie Philly fighter has a well-rounded skill set composed of accurate striking and a strong Brazilian jujitsu base. Brady currently ranks as Pennsylvania’s #1 Welterweight on tapology.com and is undoubtedly a star in the making.
Brady's opponent, DJ Jackson is also a world class Jiu-Jitsu specialist with a professional record of 3-0. Jackson’s most recent victory came against the highly touted CFFC prospect Bassil Hafez at CFFC 61. Jackson’s toughness and heart were on display against Hafez as he stifled his adversary with improved stand-up, and an iron will to win. “Kimura Kid” will look to continue his rise to the top against Brady.
This title bout is yet another huge addition to what promises to be CFFC’s most exciting card ever. A total of four belts will be on the line come December 17th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.
