Renzo Gracie's First Japanese Black Belt to make Cage Fury Debut against Joe Lowry at CFFC 63

Stacked is an understatement when it comes to our CFFC 63 card.

Daisuke Yamji is set to make his CFFC debut against Joseph Lowry on February 18th, at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.

Known as the only Japanese native to every receive an blackbelt under Renzo Gracie, Daisuke Yamaji holds a 2-0 professional record with two finishes. Yamaji has competed sporadically since 2006, but one thing is for certain--he is a serious threat to his opponent in every facet each time he enters the cage. Surely Yamaji will be shooting for finish number three in this featured lightweight bout.

His opponent Joe Lowry is a CFFC veteran that tends to end up in major wars inside the cage. His performance against Bradley Desir at CFFC 59 was nominated for CFFC performance of the year and with good reason. Lowry's well-rounded game has helped him compile an undefeated record of 4-0. He currently sits as the #13 pro-lightweight in the stacked state of Pennsylvania and a win over Yamaji would likely inch him further up the ladder.
