'CFFC Muay Thai 2: Ibrahim vs. Munoz' weigh-in results: Two inaugural title fights set

 
 

CFFC Muay Thai's second event now official with 11 bouts following Friday's weigh-ins.

PHILADELPHIA – All 22 fighters today made weight without issue for Saturday's "CFFC Muay Thai 2: Ibrahim vs. Munoz" event. 

The official weigh-ins took place at the legendary 2300 Arena, where Saturday's event will also unfold. 

In the main event, the inaugural CFFC Muay Thai 125-pound title will be on the line, as reigning WBC Muay Thai USA champion Ahmad Ibrahim (15-6) faces off with current No. 2-ranked WBC Muay Thai USA contender Matt Munoz (4-2).

Both athletes were slightly under the championship limit, with Ibrahim registering 124.4 pounds, and Munoz at 124.8.

Meanwhile, the co-main will see Jhalani Williams (6-0) and Brima Kamara (4-8) compete for the inaugural CFFC Muay Thai 147-pound title. Both athletes were comfortably under the championship limit, with Williams at 146 pounds, and Kamara at 146.1.
