CFFC 132 results: Kyle Daukuas dominantly defends, Auttumn Norton delivers stunning 10-second KO

CFFC's latest visit to Philadelphia's 2300 Arena delivered an evening full of highlight-reel finishes.

PHILADELPHIA – CFFC middleweight champion Kyle Daukaus entered Friday's CFFC 132 event knowing a win wasn't simply enough to attain his goal of making it back to the UFC – he had to deliver something special.

Mission accomplished.

Daukaus (15-4 MMA, 8-0 CFFC) needed just 84 seconds to claim a spectacular first-round knockout of Canadian knockout artist Keanan Patershuk (5-2 MMA, 2-1 CFFC) in the main event of CFFC 132, which streamed live on UFC FIGHT PASS from 2300 Arena.

While Patershuk was the one expected to have his best opportunities on the feet, it was Daukaus who connected flush with a left cross that sent his opponent crashing to the ground in the early going. While Patershuk was able to crawl back to his feet, Dauakus continued his barrage of punches and sent "Porrada" slumping to the canvas once again, where referee Keith Peterson called off the action at the 1:24 mark of the opening frame.

With the win, Daukaus registered the second title defense of his second CFFC title reign but made it clear he's hoping to get a call back to the sport's biggest promotion.

"If you can't win regionally, you can't win on the big stage," Daukaus said. "I'm showing that I'm evolving every single time, and I'll be ready."

In the night's co-main event, underdog Auttumn Norton (4-2 MMA, 1-0 CFFC) only needed 10 seconds to claim the vacant CFFC women's bantamweight championship with a stunning knockout of a previously undefeated Emily Martins (2-1 MMA, 2-1 CFFC).

After slipping to the canvas on an early low kick attempt, Norton scrambled back to her feet and stood firm in the pocket, delivering a crushing right hand to the chin that sent Martins collapsing to the floor and ending the fight before it ever really began.

"I took myself down there in the beginning of the round," Norton said with a laugh. "I got a little nervous on my feet, but I got it together."

Following the biggest win of her career to date, Norton made it clear she wants the toughest opponents she can face moving forward.

"I'm a seasoned veteran of this sport, and I deserve an opponent with a better record, better competition," Norton said. "I want to put on a show for all these people out here, so give me a better opponent, a girl with a better record, and let's go. Let's get it."

Additionally, in a highly-anticipated flyweight matchup, Bilal Hasan (4-0 MMA, 4-0 CFFC) displayed a masterclass on the feet with a first-round knockout of former CFFC title challenger Shamel Findley (6-3-1 MMA, 2-2 CFFC).

Hasan displayed incredible quickness to find openings on Findley early with rapid-fire kicks to all levels. Eventually, those attacks created an opportunity to deliver a brutal right hand that sent Findley to the canvas. From there, Hasan followed with fight-ending ground-and-pound to secure the victory at the 4:33 mark of the first frame.

With the win, Hasan remains undefeated and has now scored knockouts in three of his four professional wins, all of which have taken place under the CFFC banner.

"This is what I love to do, and that makes me the most dangerous motherf-cker in here, so let's go!" Hasan exclaimed after the win.
