Cage Fury Fighting Championships brings biggest event in company history to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City
Four championship matchups highlight absolutely stacked CFFC 149 lineup on Saturday, December 20 – as well as an incredible CFFC Fan Experience
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) officials are overwhelmingly excited to reveal the most stacked lineup of talent assembled in promotional history – including four reigning champions looking to defend their titles – at CFFC 149 on Saturday, December 20, at New Jersey's spectacular Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
Included in the lineup is the current longest reigning champion in the organization, as flyweight titleholder Bilal Hasan (7-0 MMA, 7-0 CFFC) seeks the third defense of his title when he takes on fellow undefeated prospect Renaldy Manse (7-0 MMA, 0-0 CFFC). Additionally, CFFC's lone current women's titleholder, Emily "Galega" Martins (4-1 MMA, 3-1 CFFC), aims to defend her belt for the first time when she takes on five-time Invicta FC veteran Alexa Conners (8-5 MMA, 0-0 CFFC).
Meanwhile, fan-favorite featherweight champion "Korean Thunder" Ryan Cafaro (13-6 MMA, 8-2 CFFC) puts his title on the line in a rematch of a 2024 no contest with Justin "The General" Patton (9-4 MMA, 1-0 CFFC). Rounding out the lineup of championship matchups, recently promoted undisputed titleholder Chris "Breezy" Brown (12-5 MMA, 2-0 CFFC) and undefeated Georgian challenger Guram Gochashvili (4-0 MMA, 1-0 CFFC) meet in a rescheduled middleweight title fight.
Additional non-title matchups already confirmed for CFFC 149 include former CFFC NextGen champion Nick Galanti (5-1) vs. Derek "Barracuda" Benoit (6-2) in a key middleweight clash, undefeated strawweight Karli Jo Thomas (2-0) returning to face Paige Wilcox (Pro debut), light heavyweights Jose "The Real Hitman" Soto Rivera (2-0) vs. Akeem "The Violent One" McAfee (Pro debut), and former CFFC NextGen champion Darwin "Gatillero" Pena (1-1) vs. Jameel "Suave" Matthews (0-1) at featherweight.
New Jersey's own Richie "Savage" Lewis (7-1) and 20-year-old featherweight prospect Jeremiah Delgado (1-0) are also expected to compete at the event against opponents yet to be named.
"Many of our organization's greatest events have taken place on our home turf of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, but none of them have been as absolutely stacked as this card," CFFC CEO Rob Haydak said.
